💰 $100,000 - $115,000 per year
About the role
- Responsible for successful delivery of capital improvement projects while managing day-to-day efforts related to programming, planning, design, construction, and close out for JLL on a dedicated account
- Ensure completion of projects within budget, on schedule, and meeting all client objectives
- Act as liaison between the client/users and all other project participants including consultants, contractors, vendors, and outside jurisdictional agencies
- Develop and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy, and detailed assumptions with methodology for accomplishing and managing goals and objectives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical experience with ADA requirements and corporate real estate management or in construction management industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate succinctly
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
- High levels of customer service with ability to serve multiple clients at any given time, deliver on milestones, and create positive impression for team and company
- Work effectively both independently and within team
- Organizational skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to identify and manage priorities
- Detail oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of capital improvement project delivery and construction processes
