About the role
- Direct daily accounting operations to be aligned with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Monitor daily financial functions of the WPM team
- Focus on client governance initiatives
- Present a demeanor that fully supports JLL's ethical conduct policy and diversity programs
- Develop all supporting finance positions and their responsibilities
- Maintain cross-training efforts across the team
- Proactively manage the team to ensure a productive workload
- Be actively engaged at every level of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Become actively involved in the JLL Financial Oversight Program
- Develop and implement best practices that positively impact operations
- Actively assist with implementing new finance-related technology initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced studies required
- Advanced English required
- Spanish language skills desirable
- Strong knowledge of FP&A
- 5 years' experience desired
