About the role

  • Conduct site inspections to observe active construction activities
  • Request, track and review required documentation associated with monthly draw requests
  • Review hard and soft cost budgets to assess the adequacy of remaining funds

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering disciplines, Architecture, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of construction project management or construction monitoring experience
  • Experience in construction lending or real estate finance
  • Previous client-facing consulting experience
