About the role
- Lead the planning and execution of employee and executive communications
- Develop robust strategic communication plans
- Promote account personnel stories and wins
- Assist with planning, execution and content at client events
- Prepare scripts and presentations for executive-level engagements
- Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on communications issues
Requirements
- 10+ years related experience as a communications manager
- Excellent writing and editing skills, and verbal communication
- Collaborative disposition; ability to solve problems constructively and proactively
- Creative problem solver and self-starter with demonstrated agility
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism or related field
- Marketing, communications and/or journalism experience
- Commercial real estate experience preferred
- Background working in a matrixed organization preferred
- Experience managing multiple communications channels
- Experience in change communications and working across geographies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
