About the role

  • Be a hands-on lead of ML/AI projects across business lines with rich data
  • Coach and develop a team of top data scientists and AI engineers in Europe (remote)
  • Guide your small team of direct reports towards pushing the bar of accuracy
  • Contribute hands-on towards ensuring product stability, reliable deployment, and continuous monitoring

Requirements

  • 2+ years of managerial or tech lead experience
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning
  • Experience deploying production-level code in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic AI architectures
  • Great coding skills and engineering practices.
  • An entrepreneurial mentality
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • An MSc degree (PhD advantage) in computer science, mathematics, or another STEM field.
  • Experience managing or working with international colleagues – advantage
