About the role
- Conducting and managing national and international valuation projects for properties and portfolios
- Independent project leadership from initiation to completion
- Management of resources, risks and processes
- Application of national and international valuation methodologies
- Preparation of valuation reports and market analyses in German and English
- Close collaboration with the VRA product team to further develop products and data
- Identification of cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering or similar)
- 2–3 years of professional experience in real estate valuation
- Initial steps toward HypZert F qualification initiated or interest in obtaining this qualification in the near term
- Very good MS Office and English skills
- Ability to work independently and strong client orientation
- Enjoyment of collaborative team work
