About the role
- Leads the estimating and pricing solutioning efforts for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) / Base Operations Support (BOS) proposals
- Independent development of estimates for staffing plan, preventive maintenance, service call materials, equipment costs, and contracts
- Engage with senior business leaders to lead development and review of pricing solutions
- Collaborate with sales and proposal staff on deliverables for RFP responses
- Conduct site tours to determine staffing and program needs
- Manage compilation of optimal client pricing solutions and support pricing templates and proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business (or related)
- Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA) knowledge
- Unit Price Book estimating capabilities/knowledge preferred
- 5+ years of relevant Facility Management and/or Base Operations Support (BOS) pricing experience
- Experience in and solid understanding of Government contracting and pricing methodologies
- Experience effectively working within the confines for the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
