About the role
- Focus on management of team members, workflow and delivering superior client outcomes with less time spent on personally completing assignments
- Originate select work, partnering with leadership to identify targets
- Only inspect properties for tier 1 clients, where client interaction can be a benefit to growing the business, and/or if coaching a junior team member
- Attend at least two local commercial real estate events per year and volunteer for one board/leadership/committee position within AI/IRWA/ULI/etc.
- Provide solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of holding CG license
- State certified general appraiser license
- Successful master all Director skillset requirements
- Mastery of the most complex concepts and assignments within chosen sector
- Full competency in core skills and beginner competency in project management and/or account management skills
