About the role

  • Successfully manage and lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure full compliance with project policies and procedures, including the formal closeout of project
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve their best performance
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Track project finances, ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, and provide accurate cost forecasts
  • Implement robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement innovative project management practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports, including progress against schedule, budget, and scope
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills by ensuring clear, timely, and consistent information flow among stakeholders, project teams, and leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of translating complex technical details into concise, actionable updates and fostering collaboration through effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Technical understanding of MEP, critical environments, fire and life safety, sustainability, and infrastructure projects
