About the role

  • Lead comprehensive financial planning and analysis including monthly financial close, forecasting, budgeting processes and financial reporting to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Manage contract financial administration including Service Provider Agreement financial terms, contract price variations, and contractual pricing adjustments to maximize commercial results
  • Oversee vendor financial management including payment processing, cost analysis, and service level monitoring for JLL internal and external suppliers
  • Drive financial systems integration and data integrity across finance platforms (JD Edwards) and key systems (Tableau, SAP, Corrigo, etc.)
  • Lead finance team operations including offshore team members, overseeing accounting controls, month-end processes, and driving continuous improvement in financial reporting
  • Own financial KPIs and performance metrics ensuring minimal commercial impact while maintaining compliance with all legislative requirements and client contractual obligations
  • Develop advanced financial models and analysis to support strategic decision-making, benchmarking initiatives, and financial dashboard development
  • Provide financial business partnering to client stakeholders, delivering accurate financial insights, ad-hoc financial analysis, and supporting audit requirements

Requirements

  • 5 years post-graduate experience with current formal finance qualification (CA, CPA)
  • Prior exposure to managing financial aspects of contracts - a distinct advantage
  • Strong proven financial/commercial governance experience
  • Experience managing and leading accounting or finance teams
  • Advanced financial analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong Excel skills with ability to develop financial models and conduct analysis
  • Strategic thinker who can solve complex problems innovatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex deliverables and prioritize within tight deadlines
  • Team player who actively contributes to discussions and problem-solving sessions
