About the role
- Oversee facilities management operations across multiple properties
- Develop and manage annual budgets, capital expenditure plans, and operational forecasts
- Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and clients
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Champion sustainability initiatives and implement energy-efficient practices
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in facility and operations leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or similar field or experience
- Advanced knowledge of Workplace Experiences, Facilities Management industry best practices
- Knowledge of GMP, GxP regulations, quality and production processes
- Exemplary Client Relationship Management skills
- Strong team builder
