About the role

  • Conduct complex financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions, including variance analysis, performance forecasting, and trend identification
  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and client-ready documents using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated reporting strategies and streamline processes while maintaining data integrity
  • Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives through detailed financial analysis and recommendations
  • Manage sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality while providing analytical support to transform business behaviors
  • Utilize team SharePoint platforms for data collection, reporting, and communication to enhance team collaboration
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external client contacts while demonstrating JLL's commitment to excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in real estate or professional services
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling capabilities
  • Strong accounting fundamentals and experience with computer-based accounting applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills in fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating consistent work ethic and professional values
  • Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP platforms (preferred)
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate or property management (preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) (preferred)
  • Experience with data visualization tools and automated reporting solutions (preferred)
  • Knowledge of real estate financial metrics and performance indicators (preferred)
  • Experience working in client-facing roles or supporting client accounts (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms (preferred)
