About the role
- Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy
- Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause
- Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle
- Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results
- Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations and Labor Relations teams
- Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support
- Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion, and stabilization of new business
- Utilize HRIS systems to understand, assess and drive change based on metrics
Requirements
- Human Resources experience of 5+ years
- Experience owning employee relations situations (investigations, claims, performance management, etc.)
- Ability to assess, interpret and story tell with data
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)
- Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization
- Skilled team player who can communicate their thoughts clearly and effectively.
