About the role
- Manage a large portion of the Americas real estate office portfolio
- Analyze portfolio, lease, occupancy, and financial information
- Prepare supply/demand analyses and develop pro forma financials
- Drive strategic recommendations and process improvement
- Create high-quality written & verbal client communications
- Conduct financial analysis and make scenario recommendations
Requirements
- Project execution experience, leadership, and client management skills
- Proven ability to proactively manage multiple assignments and/or initiatives at once
- Experience developing frameworks to objectively evaluate real estate strategy options
- Skills in coordinating with research teams to incorporate market trends
- Financial analysis expertise including making scenario recommendations
- Experience preparing and delivering client presentations with influence and impact
- Bachelor's Degree required
- MBA/Master's degree preferred (7-10 years of experience is a plus)
