About the role
- Drive the day-to-day internal operations of the division
- Oversee critical business processes such as internal audits, compliance, training, reporting, GAME/Momentum, and other systems
- Lead efforts to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance
- Oversee the successful execution of divisional and corporate programs
- Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, guiding the development of new initiatives
- Partner with HR to cultivate a high-performance culture
- Manage the flow of information across a complex, global organization
- Establish governance structures and accountability frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable
- 15+ years of progressive experience in operations, consulting, or a client-service role
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in operational efficiency and strategy execution
- Ability to manage and build trust with teams and stakeholders across a matrixed environment
