About the role

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated material handling equipment and robotic systems
  • Complete preventative maintenance routines on robotic and automated systems with proper documentation
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on automated conveyor systems and robotics
  • Conduct predictive and preventative maintenance procedures to minimize equipment downtime
  • Maintain and troubleshoot robotic cells, AutoStore systems, and automated storage/retrieval equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and robotic programming documentation
  • Document all maintenance activities and equipment status using CMMS systems

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience with PC competency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and automation principles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex system troubleshooting
  • Manual dexterity for precision work on robotic and automation components
  • Understanding of safety protocols for automated equipment
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and perform repetitive physical movements
  • Work 12-hour shifts with extended standing and walking
