About the role
- Support corporate strategy projects and work with internal JLL leadership to address the company’s most pressing global questions
- Ask good questions to further understanding of how market analysis relates to the bigger picture
- Build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company, including senior leaders in a courteous and professional manner
- Piece together information to tackle complex problems; drive quantitative rigor in decision-making
- Support key modules of strategy projects and orchestrate work streams
- Support development of executive-level summaries and implications analysis of industry news and events
Requirements
- Recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in business, economics, engineering, computer science or related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication (including presentation skills)
- Able to define expected results and outcomes and deliver on commitments
- Excellent research, problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills, including the ability to effectively tell a story at an executive level with visual elements using PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, organize and manage multiple projects at one time, and rapidly change priorities based on business needs
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure to meet fixed deadlines
- Competitive team player, patient and bold, curious, humble, creative, and fact-based
- Previous internship experience in strategy or management consulting, corporate strategy or development, product management, investment banking, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or as an analyst+ at a top-tier consulting firm with strong exposure to corporate strategy
- Expertise, experience, and/or strong interest in the real estate and technology industries a plus
- Global business experience and fluency in multiple languages preferred.
