About the role

  • Serve as a strategic quality leader responsible for shaping the account's reputation
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality & Compliance Programs
  • Manage GxP third-party vendor compliance programs
  • Interface directly with client quality personnel
  • Develop trend analysis reports and maintain compliance documentation
  • Supervise, mentor, and train team members
  • Ensure proper implementation of JLL's Life Sciences Quality Management System
  • Prepare and submit periodic account status reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in quality engineering, facilities design, and production/facility operations
  • Proven experience in strategic quality and regulatory leadership for GxP facilities
  • Thorough understanding of international cGxP regulations
  • Direct experience working at FDA-regulated manufacturing facilities
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements
  • Demonstrated excellent internal and external customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Quality Engineering techniques including investigations, root cause analysis, CAPAs, audit programs, vendor qualification, and change control processes
