About the role
- Serve as a strategic quality leader responsible for shaping the account's reputation
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality & Compliance Programs
- Manage GxP third-party vendor compliance programs
- Interface directly with client quality personnel
- Develop trend analysis reports and maintain compliance documentation
- Supervise, mentor, and train team members
- Ensure proper implementation of JLL's Life Sciences Quality Management System
- Prepare and submit periodic account status reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science
- Minimum 15 years of experience in quality engineering, facilities design, and production/facility operations
- Proven experience in strategic quality and regulatory leadership for GxP facilities
- Thorough understanding of international cGxP regulations
- Direct experience working at FDA-regulated manufacturing facilities
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements
- Demonstrated excellent internal and external customer service experience
- Knowledge of Quality Engineering techniques including investigations, root cause analysis, CAPAs, audit programs, vendor qualification, and change control processes
