About the role
- Electrical Engineer to work with the Account Manager and support client’s facilities teams
- Carry out daily checks of all assets across the sites
- Complete PPM, Reactive tasks, and compelling reports
- Manage contractors, Permits, RAMS, HSE & provide engineering knowledge to the team
- Complete all PPMs within SLA
- Carry out reactive tasks
- Operate all systems within the facility effectively
- Control activities related to technical and efficient operation of installed building systems including all MEP assets
- Attend weekly operations meetings, client meetings as requested
- Manage clients CAFM systems, ensuring updates are added
- Assist Account Manager in completing the Monthly and Quarterly Engineering Report
- Ensure asset database is correct and up to date
- Manage onsite critical spares
- Compilation of incident & near miss reporting and after-action reviews for critical incidents.
- Escalate major site issues or incidents to line manager asap
Requirements
- C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation
- C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or 2330 Levels 2 & 3 Test & Inspection 18th edition certificate
- Basic plumbing skills
- Strong Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance experience
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
- Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required.
- Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities.
- Good communication and organisation skills.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team.
