About the role

  • Provides strategic direction and thought leadership in value creation and innovation in supplier relationships
  • Manage and maintain overall site service, performance, processes, and quality standards for services including hard and soft services
  • Work with vendors to remove barriers to service quality and implement new technologies
  • Improve customer satisfaction by owning supplier performance and compliance programs
  • Act as SME for RFPs and implement vendor management best practices in accordance with client MSA and JLL standards
  • Consolidate services among fewer vendors to lower cost while maintaining satisfaction
  • Lead a team of Vendor Management professionals to deliver strategic outcomes
  • Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with operations teams and project personnel
  • Maintain comprehensive view of suppliers’ relationships with JLL and identify collaboration initiatives
  • Drive innovation agenda aligned to business unit strategies and develop supplier value strategies
  • Ensure execution of third party risk standards, produce performance reports, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Meet with suppliers to review performance, manage risks, and facilitate issue resolution
  • Develop KPIs, SLAs, scorecards and reporting formats; work with legal and risk teams on contract compliance
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities and coach/train team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years supply chain/procurement experience, including vendor management roles
  • Excellent track record of supplier process development, improvement and relationship management
  • Superior commercial negotiation contract design and development skills
  • High level business communications skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Keen driver of innovation with peculiar ability to identify benefit opportunities
  • Excellent listening, documentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Superior organizational skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Expertise in Cost Analysis, Modeling, MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • University degree or College diploma
