About the role
- Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of security remediation projects, ensuring alignment with Wells Fargo standards, client objectives, and JLL best practices.
- Assist in developing project scope, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects, including minor renovations and security upgrades.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple sites, including scheduling, vendor engagement, and resource allocation.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies.
- Assist with project financial management, including tracking expenses, monitoring accounts receivable, and supporting financial reporting.
- Coordinate and manage Vendor RFP processes, ensuring accurate documentation and consistent electronic file management.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal teams and client-facing meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordinator, business support, or project-based role.
- Basic knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate, with an interest in security or infrastructure-related projects.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a national portfolio.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and standard business applications (Microsoft Office; PMWeb; MS Project preferred).
