About the role
- Implement property management best practices, policies, and procedures across all client markets
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
- Drive performance metrics and KPI achievement across the property management portfolio
- Conduct detailed property performance analysis and prepare executive-level reports
- Lead on-site property assessments, audits, and performance evaluations across multiple markets
- Coordinate with local market teams to ensure consistent service delivery standards
- Identify and implement operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and deliver training programs for property management staff
- Build and maintain high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Partner with Transaction Management account teams
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Review financial reports and client presentations
- Ensure compliance with client and JLL financial reporting requirements
- Implement new technologies and digital solutions
- Standardize processes and procedures across markets
- Coordinate system implementations and technology rollouts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
- 7-10 years of commercial property management experience
- Proven experience managing multi-market or portfolio-level operations
- Experience with large corporate clients or technology companies (preferred)
- Track record of successful team leadership and development
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis)
- Strong PowerPoint presentation abilities
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with building operating systems and maintenance management platforms
