About the role
- Lead end-to-end onboarding operations for the data center client account, orchestrating a structured and efficient experience for JLL employees
- Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for vendor partners requiring employee onboarding support
- Manage collection and verification of required documentation and ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements, including background screenings and drug testing protocols
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive onboarding materials and training resources
- Create and maintain accurate employee profiles in HRIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information
- Coordinate provisioning of equipment, technology access, and system credentials for new hires
- Assist new employees with completion of essential paperwork, including employment forms, benefits enrollment, and payroll documentation
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate targeted training and development activities for new hires
- Stay current on company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations to ensure full compliance throughout the onboarding process
- Foster positive relationships with new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and successfully integrated into their teams
- Provide ongoing guidance and support, addressing questions and concerns throughout the onboarding journey
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all data protection policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or similar operational roles
