About the role
- Potential analyses for securing building rights and for usage and revitalization concepts
- Supporting and shaping projects from the initiation phase
- Leading project phases (planning, tendering, execution and handover) as the responsible project controller and client representative
- Monitoring cost and schedule targets, ensuring required quality standards
- Leading and managing a team
- Maintaining contacts with investors, owners and users
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- At least 10+ years of professional experience in planning / securing building rights, construction and project management and/or project development
- Outstanding leadership skills with excellent personnel management and coaching abilities
- Solid experience in organizing, preparing and executing construction projects across various building use types
- Good knowledge of applicable regulations (HOAI, VOB) and standards (DIN)
- Several years of experience using cost and schedule control software, such as MS Project
- Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken
- Strong initiative and commitment to quality
- Excellent team and communication skills as well as service orientation
