About the role
- Oversee and direct a team of Maintenance Building and Equipment Engineering Associates
- Manage comprehensive facility assessment programs
- Coordinate strategic improvements across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with Government Client maintenance protocols
- Drive measurable improvements in facility condition scores while reducing equipment downtime
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities preferred) OR 15+ years of direct maintenance leadership experience
- Minimum 7-10 years in supervisory or management roles within building/equipment maintenance
- Prior experience working with government agencies
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to travel 60-70%
- Ability to walk large facilities including climbing ladders up to 30 ft.
