Analyze complex system issues using Building Automation Systems
Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for HVACR and chiller systems
Maintain electrical systems including low and medium voltage power distribution and lighting systems
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems alongside preventive maintenance for various equipment
Conduct daily building system start-up procedures and complete miscellaneous facility repairs
Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
2 years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs
4+ years of related work experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment
2+ years utilizing CMMS and PM software programs and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
