About the role
- Focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility systems equipment
- Master HVAC fundamentals including system components, electrical wiring, and refrigerant handling
- Analyze complex system issues using Building Automation Systems
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for HVACR and chiller systems
- Maintain electrical systems including low and medium voltage power distribution and lighting systems
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems alongside preventive maintenance for various equipment
- Conduct daily building system start-up procedures and complete miscellaneous facility repairs
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
- Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs
- 4+ years of related work experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment
- 2+ years utilizing CMMS and PM software programs and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
