About the role
- Provide administrative support to the technical and engineering teams
- Manage and maintain PPM schedules, compliance records, and service documentation
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services
- Assist with raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and general procurement tasks
- Use CAFM systems to manage and update maintenance activities and reporting
- Support project handovers, contract mobilisation, and audit preparation
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar technical or FM administration role
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (Corrigo)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements within Facilities Management (desirable)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
