About the role
- Manage and oversee procurement operations within Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
- Strategic sourcing, vendor management, purchase order execution, and supply chain analysis across multiple regions
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures aligned with business goals
- Research and identify prospective suppliers and service providers
- Negotiate purchase terms and ensure compliance with JLL standards
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of purchasing strategies and vendor management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
