About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow relationships within the existing client base
  • Drive expansion opportunities and support contract renewals
  • Minimize client attrition by ensuring clients realize value from the platform
  • Proactively engage clients to identify risks and address concerns
  • Balance revenue growth with client satisfaction through outreach and problem resolution
  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate add-on sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team on larger or strategic opportunities
  • Review, analyze, and manage service contract renewals
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Support billing coordination as needed and ensure account lifecycle management
  • Work closely with support and operations teams to improve client outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to make timely decisions and take ownership of outcomes
  • Experience using AI tools to support research, communication, and sales preparation
  • Ability to leverage AI for drafting outreach, summarizing client data, and improving efficiency
  • Strong judgment to validate AI-generated outputs before client use.
  • Experience selling software solutions, particularly ERP systems (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with service-based industries such as HVAC, plumbing, or construction (Nice to Have)
  • Background in account expansion, renewals, or inside sales (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working in a recurring revenue or SaaS environment (Nice to Have)
