About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • New Business Development: Identify and target new accounts and understand customer needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver engaging sales presentations showcasing Greycon solutions.
  • Communication & Feedback: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and gather feedback.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up to date on the latest trends and challenges in target industries.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work with the sales leadership to develop sales strategies.
  • Proposal & Contract Support: Manage all aspects of proposal development and lead contract negotiations.
  • Represent Greycon: Participate in industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets, preferably in complex SaaS sales to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate high-value, complex, multi-year contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience interacting with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated solution-selling capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals.
  • Proficiency in sales and analytical tools, such as CRM systems, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks effectively.
