About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- We're looking for a Senior Wholesale Manager to lead and grow our UK and EU wholesale business.
- Driving sales performance across franchise partners, key accounts, sales agents and wholesale customers.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through every stage of the wholesale journey.
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy, identify new business opportunities.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and lead the Wholesale Sales team.
- Oversee account management, order fulfilment and customer service performance.
- Drive continuous improvements across the customer journey.
- Accountable for the overall wholesale sales performance across the UK and Europe.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to develop and deliver commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong wholesale sales leadership experience across key accounts, franchise partners and sales agents.
- Demonstrated success in business development and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and key account management skills.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Highly organised, results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
