About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • We're looking for a Senior Wholesale Manager to lead and grow our UK and EU wholesale business.
  • Driving sales performance across franchise partners, key accounts, sales agents and wholesale customers.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through every stage of the wholesale journey.
  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy, identify new business opportunities.
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships and lead the Wholesale Sales team.
  • Oversee account management, order fulfilment and customer service performance.
  • Drive continuous improvements across the customer journey.
  • Accountable for the overall wholesale sales performance across the UK and Europe.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Strong wholesale sales leadership experience across key accounts, franchise partners and sales agents.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and key account management skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Highly organised, results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
