About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing standout products across bags and accessories that will be cherished by customers across wholesale and retail channels
- Bringing stories to life through every collection, creating pieces that feel personal, thoughtful, and unforgettable
- Shaping seasonal collections, influencing the broader product vision, and inspiring creative teams
- Mentoring and developing junior designers, ensuring every piece embodies the high-quality, affordable-luxury look and feel
Requirements
What you’ll need- A design qualification in fashion or product design and senior-level experience delivering products from concept to production
- A strong, concept-driven portfolio that reflects brand values, commercial objectives, and high-quality execution
- Experience line managing or mentoring midweight/junior designers and delivering projects on time
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Knowledge of packaging design, typography, retail products, accessories, and gifting trends
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance creativity with business objectives
- Exceptional visual communication, attention to detail, and brand consistency
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
