About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Manage budgets and pacing strategies alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to maximise performance
- Translate campaign objectives into clear, results-driven paid social plans
- Run A/B tests across creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and formats to continuously improve performance
- Deliver against revenue targets, with clear reporting frameworks across key KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within retail or an agency environment
- Proven experience managing paid social channels across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Strong understanding of acquisition marketing and awareness of wider channel strategy
- Confident in attribution, performance analysis, GA4, and platform reporting
