About the role

  • Oversee financial operations, reporting, and analysis for JOLT Charge’s U.S. business.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance with U.S. accounting and tax requirements.
  • Act as a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment, enjoying building and improving processes and working confidently across global teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role within a growth-stage company.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP; exposure to IFRS is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Xero preferred) and CRM-integrated billing workflows.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively build scalable processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
