About the role
- Manage the warehouse department, including the production warehouse, goods receipt, and shipping warehouse
- Lead warehouse staff and plan personnel
- Ensure safety in all work areas
- Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas
- Ensure daily warehouse operations and continuously optimize processes
- Handle administrative tasks (posting, shipping documents, etc.)
- Plan delivery routes and manage the vehicle fleet
- Implement digitalization projects
- Implement waste disposal policy
- Train and develop warehouse staff
Requirements
- Qualification as a logistics specialist (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) or equivalent vocational training/degree
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse operations
- Several years of leadership/management experience
- Solid IT skills (proAlpha, MS Office)
