About the role

  • Maximize the performance of paid acquisition by building a scalable, data-driven creative system
  • Own the paid ads creative strategy and learning loop
  • Define the global creative strategy for paid acquisition
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and industry benchmarks

Requirements

  • 2y+ experience, preferably in content-driven B2C marketing roles
  • Native-level French speaker and fluent in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Actively follow platform trends, creative formats, and tools
  • Generate strong creative ideas and frame them into clear hypotheses, angles, and formats
  • Comfortable using data to evaluate creative performance
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy challenges and getting hands-on.
