About the role
- Maximize the performance of paid acquisition by building a scalable, data-driven creative system
- Own the paid ads creative strategy and learning loop
- Define the global creative strategy for paid acquisition
- Conduct ongoing competitive and industry benchmarks
- Define creative testing hypotheses and structure experimentation
- Analyze creative results and ensure insights compound over time
- Oversee and scale the creative production pipeline
- Manage the end-to-end creative production flow
- Set up granular and advanced tracking to measure creative impact
- Collaborate across teams to maximize impact and alignment
Requirements
- 2y+ experience, preferably in content-driven B2C marketing roles
- Native-level French speaker and fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Actively follow platform trends, creative formats, and tools
- Generate strong creative ideas and frame them into clear hypotheses, angles, and formats
- Comfortable using data to evaluate creative performance
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy challenges and getting hands-on.
