About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Schedule phone screens, interviews, and debriefs across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Post and refresh job openings across our ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
Screen inbound applicants against role criteria and route qualified candidates to recruiters.
Keep the ATS clean and current: candidate statuses, interview notes, and hiring documentation.
Support our transition to a new onboarding system as appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a fast-paced administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep many moving pieces on track.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfort with ATS platforms
