About the role

  • Lead Management & Qualification: Call and qualify leads from a large contact database. Respond to inbound buyer inquiries from platforms such as Zillow and Realtor.com. Engage with prospects who interact with real estate marketing campaigns and social media content. Qualify buyer interest, timelines, and budget before passing opportunities to the sales team. Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and convert interest into appointments.
  • CRM Management: Manage lead records, tasks, and follow-ups within the CRM system. Update notes, contact details, and activity logs to maintain accurate records. Track conversations and ensure all leads are properly categorized within the pipeline. Experience with Lofty CRM is highly preferred.
  • Listing Support: Send property listings to interested buyers using MLS. Provide property details, availability, and general market information. Answer questions from potential buyers regarding listings featured in marketing materials and social media posts. Assist with coordinating buyer interest and scheduling next steps with agents.
  • Communication & Client Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects in both Spanish and English. Build rapport with potential buyers and maintain a positive client experience. Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain high engagement levels with leads. Support the team’s goal of converting online inquiries into qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be 100% bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in real estate lead generation, lead nurturing, or inside sales
  • Strong experience handling inbound or warm leads, not just cold calling
  • Experience working with real estate CRMs (MLS, Zillow, Lofty) and lead management systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage high lead volumes and fast-paced workflows
  • Strong organization and follow-up discipline
  • Candidates should ideally be located in Mexico or Argentina to match time zone and Spanish dialect preferences
  • Experience supporting real estate teams or brokerages is highly preferred
  • Must have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation
  • Must be comfortable working during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
