About the role

  • You are responsible for building, managing, and growing your own portfolio of strategic existing accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • You understand your customers' needs in detail and translate them into tailored, effective solutions.
  • You actively drive the further development of your accounts through targeted up- and cross-selling.
  • You conduct consultative sales conversations, needs analyses, and persuasive presentations — from recruiter-level stakeholders up to executive management.
  • You work data-driven with HubSpot, managing pipeline, forecasts, and sales opportunities in a structured and transparent way.
  • You proactively prevent customer churn through strong stakeholder relationships and a clear account strategy.
  • You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with a strong commercial focus, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven track record of expanding existing accounts and delivering measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong sales drive: you identify opportunities, close deals reliably, and develop accounts strategically.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Proactive, structured, and independent working style with a strong results orientation.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to translate business challenges into solution-oriented strategies.
  • High intrinsic motivation and a genuine desire to make an impact.
  • Bonus: Experience in HR tech or comparable B2B environments.
  • Fluent in French.
