About the role
- Convert qualified inbound leads into customers — no cold calling.
- Conduct needs analyses, deliver persuasive presentations, and position JOIN as the preferred solution for recruiting needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and manage growth of your customer portfolio.
- Identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities and present tailored solutions.
- Use CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage leads, track opportunities, and forecast revenue.
- Analyze data and hold regular strategic conversations to deepen client relationships and ensure customer success.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation and sales conversion.
- Report customer feedback and insights to improve processes and product offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales or Account Management, including new business acquisition and account growth (preferably in SaaS or Tech).
- Fluent German and strong English skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented, and structured working style.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimize sales activities.
- Customer‑first attitude and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bonus points for: experience in HR tech, recruiting, or software-as-a-service; additional language skills (e.g., French, Dutch, Spanish); understanding of the SMB and mid‑market customer landscape in the DACH region.
