- Ensure Modern Trade and Gentrade Sales Team achieve their Sales Target by generating additional volume from Sell-In and Sell-Out efforts
- 100% Execution and Performance Achievement vs Targets
- Sell In Freezer Productivity for GT and MT
- Target achievement of number of qualified dealers per DSP (Dealer Incentive, DSP and PG Incentive)
- Target achievement of number of stores per chain that should still be profitable
- Manpower productivity (Merchandisers, Coordinators, Weekender, Push Sellers, Paid Sampling Specialists, Samplers)
- 100% implementation of national promos and program objective achievement
- Conceptualization and recommendation of localized Below the Line activities
