About the role
- Drives overall sales target attainment by increasing volume through Sell-In and Sell-Out initiatives.
- Develop programs as assigned by the ASM and ensure their effective execution.
- Coordinate with DS and ASM to review program results and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Collaborates with internal and external teams to strengthen customer relationships.
Requirements
- College graduate with strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong background in sales, with hands-on experience in designing and managing programs for a particular area.
- Completed training in customer service management, negotiation and persuasive selling, problem-solving and decision-making, as well as manual transmission driving.
