About the role

  • Responsible for the sourcing and procurement of CAPEX and OPEX requirements across Engineering, Production, Logistics, R&D, QA, Sales, and Trade Marketing.
  • Oversees supplier evaluation, price negotiations, contract bidding, and purchase order management to ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.
  • Research and evaluate products, vendors, and services to ensure optimal price and quality.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and clients.
  • Monitor and manage LTO registrations, insurance coverage, and claims.
  • Inspect deliveries, report issues promptly, and maintain accurate purchase records.
  • Track delivery schedules, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Update and monitor deliveries in SAP and ensure timely closure of open orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Any Business Course or Equivalent Experience
  • Preferably with at least 1-year related working experience
  • Has sharp attention to details
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in the organization.
  • Has the ability to work independently but can also work with others in a team environment
