About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business end to end process
- Facilitate workshops sessions to gather requirements and document "as-is" and "to-be" process flows utilizing tools like Visio, etc.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to support clarity and alignment
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with project and program managers to support planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives
- Prioritize future state changes and improvements
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of suggested changes
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track process performance and project outcomes
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards
- Lead the development and maintenance of process documentation and SOP’s that support the execution process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement training
- Certifications like CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are a plus
- Proven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques required
