About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attain sales objectives
- Present complex clinical and business information on Janssen Biotech immunology products and services
- Engage dermatology healthcare professionals, government agencies, professional and patient groups, health plans, and other decision-makers
- Execute franchise and company brand strategy and tactics within assigned customer segments
- Influence customer decision-makers through clinical and business expertise and effective selling skills
- Execute local marketing strategies and leverage resources appropriately
- Collaborate with company team members and counterparts to share ideas and information
- Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key local decision-makers
- Support the Minneapolis West territory, including all of North Dakota, Northern South Dakota, and Western Minnesota
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary
- Must reside in close proximity to the geography or be willing to relocate to it
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry, or large account management, business-to-business experience, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military
- Experience selling injectable / infused products preferred
- Working knowledge of immunology and/or Dermatology preferred
- Experience managing through complex reimbursement issues preferred
- Experience in project-oriented selling situations in a high-incentive and individual-performance culture preferred
- Documented successful sales performance preferred
- Completion of Management Development course(s) preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
- If under 18, may need necessary working papers or other documentation required by state law and parental consent for background check
