Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Global Security technology strategy and landscape
Craft Global Security’s technology strategy
Manage projects, upgrades, deployments, and improvements of current and future capabilities globally
Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps supporting enterprise and functional goals
Drive system modernization and platform optimization
Oversee delivery of security technology solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and compliance requirements
Ensure stability, security, and performance of assigned security technology platforms
Manage vendors and service providers
Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in security technologies, with demonstrated responsibility for complex systems or platforms
Proven experience leading technology initiatives in a regulated or enterprise environment
Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery
Solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management
English required
Preferred: experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations
Preferred: demonstrated success driving technology transformation or modernization initiatives
Preferred: strong change-management and communication skills
