Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Global Security technology strategy and landscape
  • Craft Global Security’s technology strategy
  • Manage projects, upgrades, deployments, and improvements of current and future capabilities globally
  • Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps supporting enterprise and functional goals
  • Drive system modernization and platform optimization
  • Oversee delivery of security technology solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in security technologies, with demonstrated responsibility for complex systems or platforms
  • Proven experience leading technology initiatives in a regulated or enterprise environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery
  • Solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management
  • English required
  • Preferred: experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations
  • Preferred: demonstrated success driving technology transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Preferred: strong change-management and communication skills
