About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Orthopaedics Worldwide Supply Chain Organization
- Contribute to cost and cash-flow optimization initiatives in Inventory Management, with focus on Excess & Obsolete
- Partner with regional and global collaborators to establish analytics and governance for Inventory Management
- Enhance processes to drive insightful discussions with business leaders and influence decisions
- Lead the end-to-end monthly/quarterly close process for Excess & Obsolete, including calculation, documentation, analytics and presentation to senior leadership
- Own measurement of outcomes and overall P&L health in the area of responsibility
- Foster relationships with Supply Chain teams and Commercial Finance
- Deliver Finance requirements timely while ensuring data integrity and compliance with Johnson & Johnson financial procedures
- Develop financial forecasting scenarios and ad hoc analytics to anticipate financial impacts
- Work with a cross-platform team to improve competitiveness, inventory effectiveness, growth and profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting and US GAAP Financial Procedures
- Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, gain alignment and influence decisions with data analytics
- Proven history of collaboratively working with colleagues across functional areas to deliver results
- Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Alteryx
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of SAP and JDE
- Proficiency in English is required
- Preferred: Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 10% domestic and international travel might be required
