About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Permanent US work authorization now and in the future
  • No employment visa sponsorship provided
  • Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in supply chain, business administration, business management, data science, or engineering
  • Bachelor's degree earned between December 2022 and June 2027
  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher; requirement may be waived for qualifying internal full-time J&J employees
  • Minimum 4 months of professional experience in a relevant business area by December 31, 2026, including co-op, internship, post-graduate, and military employment
  • Relevant experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering, quality, data analytics, information systems, R&D, or a directly related field
  • Interest in multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain
  • US geographic flexibility throughout the GOLD Program and through final placement
  • Eligibility to begin full-time employment with Johnson & Johnson by June 2027
  • Ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and platforms
