About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in challenging rotational assignments across multiple US sites
Participate in planning, production, and distribution of products and services
Maintain or improve manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance
Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to drive key business decisions and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Permanent US work authorization now and in the future
No employment visa sponsorship provided
Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in supply chain, business administration, business management, data science, or engineering
Bachelor's degree earned between December 2022 and June 2027
Overall cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher; requirement may be waived for qualifying internal full-time J&J employees
Minimum 4 months of professional experience in a relevant business area by December 31, 2026, including co-op, internship, post-graduate, and military employment
Relevant experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, engineering, quality, data analytics, information systems, R&D, or a directly related field
Interest in multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain
US geographic flexibility throughout the GOLD Program and through final placement
Eligibility to begin full-time employment with Johnson & Johnson by June 2027
Ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and platforms
