About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and execution of the J&J Innovative Medicine Integrated Business Planning Process within the Americas
- Gain exposure to related global processes
- Support base business through report generation and analysis on existing Innovative Medicine product groups
- Contribute strategically through idea generation and innovation
- Collaborate with local and international business partners to report key performance metrics for Innovative Medicine brands with high accuracy and frequency
- Participate in and lead ad-hoc projects within Supply Chain and cross-functionally
- Gain insights into various sectors’ responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Coursework in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering is required
- Actively enrolled in university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; students on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT generally do not meet the program requirements unless eligible for an alternative long-term status
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the co-op
- Completion of at least freshman year of an undergraduate academic program
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to lead multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
