About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives within the Local Healthcare Market (LHM)
  • Own the total market by developing and executing strategies to identify patient opportunity, drive demand, and remove fulfillment barriers
  • Align with internal field partners, including TLLs, ABSs, FRMs, KAMs, and MSLs
  • Drive territory sales performance and product demand to meet or exceed sales forecasts
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers and influence key stakeholders
  • Use approved marketing resources to demonstrate clinical value and address customer and patient needs
  • Educate on patient access and affordability options
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative market data
  • Build LHM-specific business and account plans
  • Set local strategy and coordinate cross-functional LHM field partners
  • Collaborate to gain formulary status for key health systems and centers of excellence
  • Influence stakeholders, including C- and D-suite stakeholders, to drive adoption
  • Build relationships with local infusion service providers
  • Support educational initiatives within the LHM
  • Manage the territory budget
  • Develop future thought leaders with TLL support
  • Execute work compliantly and model JJIM Values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Three (3) or more years of specialty sales and/or key account management experience
  • Ability to sell collaboratively
  • High level of clinical, product, and business acumen
  • Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and leadership
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategy
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
